After living in Ohio for the first 25 years of Bruce’s life, graduating from the University of Findlay, and buying his first property to live in and renovate, he decided to pack his things, rent out the house and hit the road with a dog named Karber and move out west to Colorado. There he was optimistic about finding a job in his field of Nuclear Medicine, however the world had other plans for this young man.
Starting a career in Real Estate in 2014 has led him to some amazing adventures in the professional world. Since his start, he has helped many families and investors, joined the local board of REALTORS® and had served as a director on the local board for 4 years. At the start of his career, he joined a local Keller Williams Office and quickly found his calling in life. Not only does Bruce exude a passion for helping the community through homeownership, he also was groomed to become a coach and leader for others in the market center and eventually was running a 100+ person office for several years. Once you meet Bruce you will quickly see his passion for the industry as a whole and why he was also on an Agent Leadership Counsel for 6 years and asked to start a brand new Young professionals network where he sat at the Chair position for several years to grow not only his leadership skills, but the skills of other industry professionals on the committee. In his first 3 years selling residential homes, he averaged 37.3 homes closed per year. After that, it was time to get into investment properties, land development, and custom builds. Adding these other areas of real estate to his portfolio, he then began to average 50 closed units a year. He did this for a few years and had no plans to stop. As he looked to the future he began to recognize where his passion lies, on multi-family and Development/custom builds. These projects can take more skill and knowledge of the industry and involves a completely different skill set to be learned.
Since then he has helped several investors buy and sell larger scale projects or multi-family properties. All while acquiring his own Buy and Hold properties in multiple states and doing a few fix and flips along the way.
