Operations Manager

Professional, detailed oriented individual with Quickbooks and Excel experience. Familiar with all aspects of accounting including but not limited to: Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable; and Bank Reconciliations. Must possess the ability to manage multiple accounts and provide financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will also be well-rounded in Human Resources: recruiting; hiring; terminations; benefits; writing handbooks; policies; job descriptions; payroll administration; training; and exit interviews. May assist with a variety of administrative tasks along with marketing efforts. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Marketing Manager

Creative, detail-oriented individual to manage business marketing. Responsible for implementing, sustaining, and evaluating an effective multi-media marketing and public relations program that advances the mission The Bittinger Team LLC. The ideal candidate must be extremely accurate with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines, ability to handle several assignments simultaneously, have demonstrated writing and organizational skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and web-design applications a plus. Previous research experience using the internet with strong knowledge of social networks and online marketing desired. This is a Part-time position with flexible hours and the ability to work remotely.

Closing Manager

Professional, detail-oriented individual to manage our real estate closing process. The ideal candidate must be extremely accurate with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities include coordination of closing date and time with the Seller, Buyer, Lender, Title Company, and Agents involved.

Keen eye is essential for reviewing addenda, title work, HUD and the entire closing package. Strong communication skills required to keep all parties updated on closing status and issues, as well as overseeing client inspections, appraisals, final walk through, utilities switch over, removal of signs and lockbox, and managing moving van rentals. The desired candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with Agent Office, MLS, and DocuSign a plus. This is a full-time, in-office position.
